In our field there are many tubes and lines that need to be sutured in place so it is essential that all students be able to do a simple interrupted suture.

4. Practice, practice, practice.
5. Competent suturing is a requirement of this course so is on a pass/fail status but you will remediate until you pass. You can bring your equipment to class and be checked off or you can upload the file to canvas. Refer to the syllabus for Immersion dates covering this material and due dates of the suturing assignment
