Intraosseous routes:
This video show the proximal humeral insertion under fluoro. It shows how quickly the contrast enters the vasculature and right atria. It is now the gold standard for insertion sites. This location can manage 5-7 liters of fluid per hour (significantly more than the proximal or distal tibia site.)Link
