Module 2 Student Learning Outcomes

Student Learning Outcomes:  After this module the student will be able to

1. Identify and utilize your identified leadership strengths.
2. Critically examine the values you hold most precious in light of the moral and ethical paradoxes you see in health care and evaluate how your values guide your approach to decision making and how your decision making style compares with those described in the literature.
3. Analyze the criteria which are most central to your decisions as a clinical leader and how you resolve apparently intractable dilemmas. (e.g., Are positions of right and wrong most important to you?  Protecting relationships with others or considering the impact of your decisions on others?  A sense of fair play?)
4. Analyze the importance of emotional intelligence and influence in leadership
