 Student Learning Outcomes:  After completing this module, the students will be able

2. Discuss the role of collaboration and teams in a complex adaptive system
3. Analyze the leadership role in a complex adaptive system.
4. Delineate key aspects of change management and practical approaches for their use in the healthcare environment.
5. Analyze the role of organizational “culture” and “vision” in organizational change.
6. Anticipate the wide spectrum of reactions of those being changed or affected by the change
