Completion of this quiz fulfills one of the certification requirements for the practicum course in the MPH, DrPH and MHA degrees in the College of Public Health.  The content is embedded within the quiz and you can refer to it as you move through the questions. The quiz must be completed BEFORE logging any internship hours.

You may take the quiz as many times as you like, but must receive a grade of 70% or higher to receive credit for completing the prerequisite.
