Connectivity Quiz

Hello everyone, 

It seems there are some connectivity issues for some people so we want to have a better idea of who is experiencing issues with connectivity and be sure to set the ground rules moving forward. This "quiz" is not graded, but is a way for us to understand if students need any technology support or if they are experiencing any issues that could complicate their participation in the course.
