Listen to the following music while completing a task - such as doing the dishes; folding laundry; cleaning the bathroom; picking up, etc. Dedicate the length of time of the music to how long you will work on the task. For example, instead of saying, I have to clean the entire bathroom. Say, I'm going to clean the bathroom for the length of this music. Complete the task during the length of the music.

Briefly tell the task you complete and how the music did or did not help you focus on the task. Did your mindset change when you focused on the music length/dedicated time instead of the pressure of a "finished" task? Provide evidence in your explanation.
