  • Submitting a text entry box or a file upload

Please develop one IEP for a student in your current placement or a student in your former placement. However, it must be an original document created independently. This is a separate document from your previous submission. The document must include at least 3 goals and 2 supporting objectives for each goal developed. A minimum of four PLAAFP categories must be completed as well as all supporting pages of the document.

DO NOT upload the document here. Simply upload a word document indicating the task was completed and the time it took to complete the entire document. Do not list the school name or the name of the student for whom you are creating the document.
