Course Description

Welcome to MKT 450! I look forward to an exciting semester and working with each of you to further prepare you for your careers in marketing. This course serves as the capstone class for marketing majors and will provide you with the opportunity to synthesize the material learned in your other marketing course to formulate marketing strategies and make strategic marketing recommendations. We will use a variety of approaches in this class including case analyses, application exercises, and simulation.

Please read it carefully. You should have a deep familiarity with the schedule and process of the course. We will discuss this is more detail on the first day of class.

Get familiar with Canvas and the course itself by completing the orientation module. You can access modules on the left-hand sidebar.

Step 3: Participate in Our First Synchronous Meeting

This course will meet weekly on Tuesdays during our scheduled class time. Make sure you complete the first two steps prior to Tuesday, January 26!
